The trial, the practical test
The trial is the practical half, taken at the office you applied to once the likhit is passed. You arrange the vehicle yourself, wear shoes, and leave the phone out of the test centre. Pass it, pay the fee for your class, and a temporary license can be issued the same day.
On the day
- Shoes are required at the test ground.
- Mobile phones are not allowed inside the test centre.
- The vehicle you are tested in is yours to arrange.
- The office publishes the date, place and time, and updates it daily.
- Arrive late and the office is not obliged to test you.
If you pass
Pay the revenue set for your class within the time the office gives, and a temporary license can be issued the same day. The smart card is printed later and collected from the same office.
If you fail
- Three attempts are allowed, counted from the date of the first failure.
- Those three have to fall inside eighteen months of it.
- After the third failure, a fresh form waits ninety days.
Offices set their own day for retrial registration. Sunsari takes them on Fridays, for every class except E, F, G, H, I and J.
Common questions

- Three, counted from the first failure and inside eighteen months of it. After the third, a new form can be filled ninety days later.
- When do you find out the date and place?
- The office publishes it, and updates it daily once the written results are out. Check its own website rather than relying on word.
- Do you get anything on the day you pass?
- Once the revenue for your class is paid, a temporary license can be issued the same day. The smart card follows when it is printed.
