What it means
सडक मर्मत वा अस्थायी अवरोधमा देखाइने रोक पाटी हो — पूरै रोकिनुपर्छ र जाऊ संकेत नआएसम्म पर्खनुपर्छ।
A stop board shown at road works or a temporary blockage. Stop completely and wait until its GO pair is shown.
